We always strive to provide the most accurate times, however:

• Prayer times are calculated using reliable astronomical equations and may differ by a few minutes from the official times in your country.
• The Hijri calendar follows the Umm al-Qura calendar (Saudi Arabia) and may differ by one day from your local moon sighting.
• The Qibla direction is geographically accurate, but its display accuracy on a compass depends on your device sensors.

The ultimate responsibility for confirming prayer times and moon sighting rests with the religious authority in your country.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the site for personal and educational purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Automated scraping of site content without written permission.
• Attempting to hack the site or overload its servers with excessive requests.
• Using the site for any unlawful or unethical purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, code, interfaces and logos of the site are the property of the site owner. This does not cover third-party or openly licensed materials used on the site, including the Qur'an text from the Tanzil Project, the Amiri font, OpenStreetMap data, and country flag images from their external provider. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership by the site over underlying religious texts or third-party materials.
